Body and paint is one of Shaban Auto Group's core trades: two of the group's three branches — Bayader Wadi Al-Seer in Amman and the Free Zone branch in Zarqa — are listed specifically for body and paint work.
After an accident, the first question is whether the structure underneath is still where it should be. Accident-damaged cars are measured against the factory geometry of the chassis before panels are straightened or replaced, so the repair corrects the structure and not only what shows on the surface.
Paint work covers refinishing panels to match the original finish. The Free Zone branch also lists upholstery, vehicle protection and vehicle care, so a car can be repaired, refinished and protected without moving between workshops.
On a modern car, accident repair does not end with the bodywork: sensors, cameras and control units disturbed in a collision are checked with diagnostic equipment once the body work is done.
For a full return to factory condition rather than repair of specific damage, see Factory Restoration; to protect new paint afterwards, see Paint Protection Film.
